As part of OPRFitness Week, Bulldog CrossFit will be offering free introductory workouts on Monday May 23 at 7:30PM, Wednesday May 25 at 7:30PM, and Saturday May 28 at 12:00PM. Each class is about an hour and will include a quick orientation to CrossFit, a warm-up, and a workout designed for all fitness levels. There will be time for you ask any questions you may have.
We will also be offering free Bootcamp classes during the week on
