Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Most common is 20 rounds of 5 Pullups; 10 Pushups; 15 squats. Start and finish with a mile run.


Scaling options:

  • 800m Run
  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 100 Push-ups
  • 150 Squats
  • 800m Run
Team Murph

As a Team there are many options. We’ll have options available when you come in.

While we encourage you to come in the evening, morning classes will be available for Murph. There is no other workout programmed for day. We hope everyone can make it.
