Hey Bulldogs!  Don’t forget this Friday is Murph Day. We encourage everyone to come Friday night but for those who can’t we will be open in the morning so you can come in and do Murph then. Our first heat will be starting at 5:30. We will run as many as we can to start. We will start a 2nd heat approximately 30 minutes later.

Strength – Deadlift

Every 3 minutes for 3 sets

3 x DL @ 80%

Metcon – 3 rounds of

3min AMRAP

20 Shoulder to Overhead 155/105
5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
in remaining time ME Air Squats

*Rest 2min between rounds

*Score = total reps from all 3 rounds
