With a running clock (everyone starts first set together):

Lifting: Snatch

  • 2@75%
  • 2@80%
  • 2@85%
  • 2@90%

*Drop and reset between reps – rest exactly 1 min


Strength: Front Squat Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes

  • 3 x 70%

*add 5-10lbs from last session


Metcon:  For time (15min CAP)

  • 25 Strict Pull Ups
  • 25 Thrusters 95/65
  • 25 Pull Ups (Kipping)
  • 25 Thrusters

*pull-up scaling options – for strict, use band but still do them strict, for kipping, if you can’t kip pull-ups, do ring rows. No band assisted kipping
