Warmup: 400m run/row then 2-3 x of the following:

  • 10 x HR push-ups
  • 5 x Strict pull-ups
  • 10 x Alt lunges
  • 10 x leap squats
  • 10 x tuck and roll up

Strength:  Bench Press

  • Every 2 minutes 8 reps

*Warm up to a challenging weight, then maintain same weight across all 5 sets


Metcon: 4rft (CAP 25min)

  • 400m Run
  • 10 Burpee Ring Muscle Ups or 20 Burpee Pull Ups

Test: Max Height Box Jump
