160326 Saturday – The CrossFit Open Workout 16.5

This is it Bulldogs! The final weekend of the 2016 CrossFit Open. I am so impressed, awed, and inspired by your efforts. You’ve attacked each workout as hard as you could. You have learned new skills and done things you may not have thought possible. I think my favorite workout was 16.3. Seeing so many of you get your first bar muscle up was incredible. My favorite moment was seeing the joy on Nancy Gardner’s face after numerous attempts at jumping chest to bar pull-ups finally hitting one, then another and another. What an amazing feeling. This is what I love about the Open. There were so many amazing performances that week but Jenn “Jengine the Engine” McDermott’s performance was one for the ages.
