Rox and Angela

Rox and Angela post 16.4 – Two unique and awesome individuals.

Lifting:  Every 2 minutes for 14 minute (7set)

  • 3 High Hang Power Cleans

*start at 60% and build each set. The goal is no drops

 


Strength: Front Squat Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes:  5 reps  (4 sets)

Build each set to a heavy 5 reps


Metcon: For Time with 18 min CAP

  • 150 WB shots   Perform 5 T2B EMOM (cut the #of t2b down if taking too long)
