  • 30 Flutter Kicks
  • 6-10 Pull-ups
  • 3 WWUs
  • 10 KB Thrusters (5 each arm)

Skill: 5 sets of T2B   :30 on, :30 rest (5 minutes total)


Strength: Shoulder Press

  • Build to 3 RM (every 2:00 x 7 sets)

Metcon: AMRAP in 10min:

  • 5 Thrusters 135/95
  • 1 rope climb (scale 3 floor to stands)

*Sub 8 commando pull-ups (4 each side alt)
