Warm-up:  Row 500m then

  • 10 x standing long jumps
  • 10 x walking lunges with twist
  • 2 x wwu

Group Warm-up:  Bergner WU (will start at the beginning of class – arrive early for general WU).


Lifting: In 15 minutes find your 1rm PC + PJ 


Metcon: For Time (20min Cap)

  • 100 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20 (Step-ups recommended)

Intervals:

  • 500m Row, 1:30 rest
  • 800m Run, 1:00 rest
  • 500m Row
