begin around 65% of max Power Snatch and work to a 5rm for the day


 

Metcon: For Time (20 min Cap)

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 50 MB Cleans 20/14 (or scale up)
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 30 HSPU  (strict, kipping, or any combo. Scale on box)
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 50 Pull-ups. (Scale up to C2B)
  • 50 Double Unders

 

Skill: Rope Climb (not for time)

  • 5 – 10 rope climbs or work on technique (pull from floor to standing)
