Today’s work is designed not to tax you too much so that you are prepared to tackle the Open WOD feeling strong and fresh. If you’re feeling fatigued, you may want to work on active recovery today. Do not go too heavy on any of the work today.
I. Snatch Balance – EMOM for 10 minutes
1 x Sn Balance (Between 70-80%. Should be heavy but doable, no misses)
IV. Metcon – 3 RFT 12 min Cap
30 x Straight Leg Deadlift (95/65)
20 x Wall ball (20/14) 10′ for everyone.
If you have not done straight leg deadlifts before, this should not feel heavy. Err on the side of going too lite. Remember, you are doing the Open on Saturday.
