Register for the CrossFit Open Now!

Warm-up:  400m Run, then 2 rounds of:

  • 15 x KB swings (r)
  • 10 x scorpions (5 each side)
  • 3 x strict pull-ups
  • 10 x Iron crosses (5 each side)

3 x five minute rounds for total reps. (30 minutes total)  

  • 0:00 – 2:00  200m Run + max rep DUs
  • 2:00 -3:00  Max rep Push Jerks  75/55
  • 3:00 – 4:00 Max rep Ring Rows
  • 4:00 – 5:00 Max rep Hang Squat Cleans 75/55

Rest 5 minutes between rounds
