160222 Monday’s WOD

Programming Note: While there will be a workout programmed for Thursday, it will be a bit on the lighter side to make sure you are not wiped out for the first Open WOD.  Friday’s WOD will depend a little on what the Open WOD is, which will be announced at 7:00 PM Central Time.

Lifting: Snatch

2 x Power Snatch Every 30 seconds for 4 minutes (choose weight)

Strength: Thrusters (from rack)

  • EMOM for 5 mins of 3 x Thrusters @70-80% 1rm
  • Then 1 set of 10-15 reps @50%

Metcon: For Time 12-9-6-9-12 of

  • T2B
  • Power Cleans  115/75
