Warm-up  

General: 2 rounds not for time or as much as you get done in 7 minutes of:

  • 10 x squats
  • 10 x supermans
  • 10 x sit-ups
  • 10 x push-ups
  • 10 x pull-ups

Barbell Specific: PVC pass throughs, 5-7 minutes to build to 60% Press.

Strength/Skill – Press/Push-Press

Every 2:30 for 10 minutes (4 sets) using 60% of 1rm Press, complete:

7 x Strict Press + 3 x Push Press

Metcon  4 Rounds for time of

  • 24 x Lunges
  • 14 x KB Swings (a) 53/35
  •   4 x Wall Walk Ups

*15 minute cap
