Warm-up

2 rds of:

  • 20 x mountain climbers
  • 3 x WWU
  • 10 x Goblet Squats
  • 20 x Kb (clean rack position) Alt lunges
  • 10 x Sit-ups

I. Skill/Strength

Snatch Complex – Every 2:30 for 5 sets (10 minutes, work to a heavy but doable (perfect technique) weight

  • 1 x PS + 2 x Sn Grip Push Press + 3 x OHS

 

Notes

The Snatch Grip PP is from behind the neck.

Don’t let your ego get in the way of getting better.

 

II. AMRAP in 6 minutes of

  • 6 x Deadlift  225/155
  • 6 x Box Jumps  30/24

Rest 3 minutes then

III. AMRAP in 10 minutes of

  • 20 x DU
  • 20 x Push-ups
  • 20 x Jumping Lunges

 

Coach’s Tip

in the DL-BJ AMRAP try to move unbroken, but steady, through each exercise. Get your rest between exercises.
