I. CF Open 15.1 Against a 15 minute running clock
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)
Then in the remaining 6 minutes…
1-rep-max clean and jerk
6-minute time cap
*While this is open prep, it’s not a competition. Scale accordingly. We want everyone getting a good training session in.
II. “Seeing Double” Rest 1 minute between sets
- AMRAP of Double Unders in 3 minutes
- AMRAP of Double Unders in 2 minutes
- AMRAP of Double Unders in 1 minute
Score is total DUs (not per round)
If you don’t have double unders, just keep attempting them vigorously throughout the working time period.
