With the CrossFit Open fast approaching, we want to make sure you are as ready as you can be. Starting Friday, February 12th, our WOD will be specific Open prep work. Not that our everyday workouts aren’t, we are going to be focusing on movements that are specific to the Open. Whether you sign up for it or not (we hope you do) this will ensure a safe and fun Open season. For the next three weeks our Friday workouts will consist of at least one past Open workout plus some skill work. We look forward to helping you achieve your best Open yet, or just have a blast doing your first Open. See you on Friday!
