Teams Forming for The Trodo Games Now

The next Trodo Games is on Saturday, February 6th at CrossFit Illumine.  Teams are forming now but registration closes January 30th or sooner. Let me know ASAP if you need a team. All levels can compete. YOU can have fun and compete. It’s an amazing experience. Just ask some of our athletes that have done it.
