FP Bootcamp Workout (Tues 1/5/16):

Chipper 50 (30min)

  • Push-ups
  • Squats
  • V-ups
  • Arm Haulers
  • Alt Lunges
  • Angry Sit-ups
  • Inverted Push-ups
  • Star Jumps
  • Alt Crossover V-raises

*Each exercise to 50 reps

*EMOM 2 burpees

*As soon as you finish one exercise you move directly to the next one.

*Goal is to get through as many exercises as you can in 30min
