On Saturday, January 2nd, 2016 we will be holding our Inaugural Commit to be Fit event. The event will consist of two workouts. Since it’s the first workout of the New Year, it will be the perfect way to establish a baseline and a goal to shoot for over the next year. We will be on hand to help you with questions on nutrition and to establish long and short term goals to work on in 2016.
Ideally, everyone can make it on Saturday, however, it will be mandatory to do these workouts to start 2016. If you miss Saturday, you will do these workouts the first day of 2016 that you attend.
There will be several versions of the workouts to choose from based on your current fitness and ability. It’s okay to choose the version that best suits you right now to establish a proper baseline, the goal being to improve over the course of the year. We will be repeating these workouts each year to mark improvement.
Workouts will be posted on Wednesday.
