I. Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets)
- Press x 5
Ideally stick with the same weight. It should get increasingly challenging to get all 5 reps in.
II. Four rounds for times of:
- 200m Run
- 20 x Wall Ball
- 20 x KB Swings (a)
Rest 3 minutes between rounds. Each set is for time. Goal is to go unbroken each set.
