  • 2k meter row (continuous)
  • 20 x du ea. (60 singles)
  • 30 x partner burpees
  • 400m bb carry 135/95 (2 person/1 bb)
  • 200m partner carry
  • 90 x mb partner sit ups. (Heavy)
  • 200 x elbow touch planks (opposite knee to elbow)

*one person rowing at all times until distance complete

*two working at once during work (Trevor WOD style)

*if a mixed couple pick up bb to carry it has to be the 135#

*knee touch planks are on a push up plank (it must be Knee to Elbow) Opposing knee/elbow touch plank

*all reps must be complete prior to advancing to the next exercise
