  • Station 1: 100 Meter Plate Carry
  • Station 2: KB swings (r)
  • Station 3: Wall Ball Shots

 

Only one partner may occupy each station; partners rotate as a group as soon as their teammate complete the 100 meter plate carry. Rest 1 minute after each rotation

Time cap: 25 minutes
