Team WOD for time 40 min cap

Running clock –
A) all teams start with three (3) rounds:
  • 7 x pc            95/65
  • 7 x burpee bj 20/24
  • 7 x leg levers
 *each member performs the three(3) rounds for total team three round requirement

B) perform each exercise in order:*
  • 50 x burpee pull up
  • 75 x lunges bb 95/65
  • 90 x cousins. 20 /14
  • 65 x OHS        95/65  
  • 400m team weighted run 45/35 plate
  • 20 x wwu
*finish all exercise in order prior to performing the next task

*run at the pace of the slowest runner

*weight must be carried by everyone at any time during the run

*time ends when the last person if the team crosses the line
