I. Take 20 minutes to find your 1 rm Push Press.
II. EMOM for 12 minutes of:
- Minute 1: 10 x Pull-ups
- Minute 2: 10 x Dips (ring or stationary)
- Minute 3: 10 x Alt KB lunges (5 each leg)
III. AMRAP in 5 minutes of
- 1 x Squat Clean 135/95
- 1 x Jerk
Any kind of shoulder to OH. From the bottom of the squat you may do a thruster/jerk.
