3 Reps @ 55%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%

II. EMOM for 21 minutes (7 rounds)

 

  1. 12 x PC 95/65
  2. 8 x Bar Facing Burpees
  3. 15 x box jumps  24/20
