I. P + PP + PJ

  3 sets of:

  • 1 x P
  • 2 x PP
  • 3 x PJ

(Add 10 lbs each lift. Start set two 10lbs heavier and so on with set three)

II. Five 3-minute rounds of:

  • 5 Burpee Toes to Bar (perform a burpee, immediately followed by a toes to bar)
  • 50 x DUs (100 singles)
  • Max reps of WB in remaining time.

Rest 2 minutes between rounds
