II.   EMOM for 6 minutes

3 x PJ @ 100% of 1rm from 1.

III.  AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • 3 Push Press (75% of Today’s 1rm Press)
  • 6 Box Jump-Overs (24”/20”)
  • 9 Kettlebell Swings (AHAP)

30 seconds rest between rounds. PP from the floor.
