141129 SATURDAY WOD

From now on only the last Saturday of the month will be a team WOD.

Warm up:

EMOM for 5 minutes

 

  •  5 x Push-ups
  • 10 x Sit-ups
  • 15 x Squats

 

Teams of 3 or 4

As many reps as possible

 

  • 5 min row for cals
  • 4 min of KB swings (a)
  • 3 min of Wall ball
  • 2 min of Box jumps
  • 1 min of push-ups (everyone works)
  • 2 min of Box jumps
  • 3 min of Wall ball
  • 4 minutes of KB swings 
  • 5 minutes of row for cals
