*Set 3 – 4 reps @ 70%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 80%
*Set 5 – 2 reps @ 85%

5 Handstand Push-Ups
6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups or Pull-Ups
7 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
8 KB Snatches (4 each arm)
9 Toes to Bar
10 WB
11 Push-ups
12 Burpee Box Jumps

Performed like the song “The Twelve Days of Christmas”

Round 1: 200m run

Round 2: 2 x PP, 200m Run

Round 3: 3 x Thrusters, 2 x PP, 200m Run

and so on. Each round finishes with the 200m Run.
