Teams of 3  AMRAP in 30

  • 2 x PC
  • 3 x PP
  • 4 x BS
  • 5 x PJ
  • 6 x BJ
  • 7 x WB

Team member 1 starts at BB. Once all BB movements are complete Team member 2 can start bb work as #1 continues on to BJ and WB. Same applies to team member 3. Every 2 minutes everyone does 5 burpees. Work cannot continue until all teammates complete their burpees. Works continues from where you you left off.
