    Why are we doing Cleans again if they were the main point of Sundays workout? Between cleans and rope climbs, how are we supposed to do both days?

    Sunday was full squat cleans. Today is hang power cleans. If you feel you need more recovery we'll be happy to provide a substitute movement. — GM
