    Generally, I try to make up the workouts even when I'm out of town or unable to get to Bulldog Crossfit. Is the any planning between sunday and monday classes? Today, there are squats, burpee's, and wall balls after yesterday there was a high amount of squats, burpee's and wall balls. This seems to happen frequently.
