Each team will have 1-2 MB and 1-2 Boxes ideally.
*During the runs, when first person on the team reaches the turn around, everyone turns around. Teams can’t start on the movements until all team members are back. *Only 1 person working on each movement at a time. You can be working on both movements of each couplet at the same time.
