Teams of 3-4

Buy in: 800m Run, then—

One person runs 400m  while the others continue through the following rep scheme. Work can be split between team but must follow the scheme. When first runner returns the next runner goes.  At least 2 people need to be back from 800m run before work can start. One runs 400m the other/others start on the work.

AMRAP of:

10 x pull-ups

15 x KB swings

20 x Goblet squats

 

Score is the total number of rounds + reps.
