Teams of 3 with a running clock:

AMRAP in the first 2 minutes of DU then immediately

  • 120 x Deads, 155/105
  • 90 x HPC, 135/95
  • 60 x Front Squats, 135/105
  • 30 x Jerks, 115/85
  • 30 x Thrusters, 95/65 

*EMOM Everyone does 5 burpees. Only one person works at a time. DUs will be converted to time and deducted from your total time for your final score. Scale as needed.

Cash out: 3 sets of 25 WB unbroken. Rest 1 minute between sets.
