With a 30 minute clock
12 Minute AMRAP of:
- 30 Double-unders
- 15 Power snatches (75lbs / 55lbs)
12 Minute AMRAP of
- 5 Power cleans (145lbs / 100lbs)
- 10 T2B / K2E / K2C
- 15 Wall balls (20lbs / 14lbs)
in remaining time AMRAP of
Advanced work split: alternate after each complete round on first two parts. Split burpees anyway you want.
Intermediate / Beginners work split: cut reps in half. Once two peoplde have each completed their rounds ti will equal one round.
Only one person works at a time.
