140118 Saturday Partner WOD

Part I  AMRAP: Partners alternate each minute.

  • Min 1: 2 x Thrusters – max rep sit-ups

  • Min 3: 4 x Thrusters – max rep burpees

  • Min 5: 8 x Thrusters – max rep box jumps

  • Min 7: 8 x Thrusters – max rep sit-ups

  • Min 9: 4 x Thrusters – max rep burpees

  • Min 11: 2 x Thrusters – max rep box jumps

Rest 1 minute then

Part II  For time:  10, 8, 6, 4, 2

  • kb snatches each arm

  • kb swings (a)

  • Goblet squats

Each partner takes turns doing 10 of each, 8 of each and so on.  

There will be a 15 second penalty added to your score each time the kb touches the ground except when switching turns.

Note:There is no Rx weight for either part, but rather a max weight of 95lbs for Thrusters and 53lbs for Kb. You will be using the appropriate weight for you

The clock will be running continuously from the start of part I. Your team score will be your total time with any penalties added, minus your total reps (converted to time) from part I. Every 60 reps will equal 1 minute.
