131207 Saturday Team WOD

 With a 30 minute clock
In the first 10 minutes find each team members 1 rep max clean starting at 45 lbs for Women and 75lbs for Men. Each team member takes a turn at starting weight. Weight increases by 10lbs each round. If a lift attempt is failed that person is out of the rotation. As soon as the clock reaches 10 minutes immediately start:


100 x push-press 95/65
100 x box jumps
100 x slam ball
100 x med ball cleans
100 x wall ball


Only one person works at a time. If completed before time runs out, start back at the top. Combined weight plus reps equal total score.


WOD subject to modification based on how many people show up.
