Saturday Team WOD

I. With a 30 minute running clock, team takes 10 minutes to establish a combined 1rm power clean

II. AMRAP of 

  • 7 x PC  75/55
  • 7 x BJ  30/24/20
  • 7 x burpees

There is no rest after the 10 minutes to establish 1rm power clean, however you don’t need to use the whole 10 minutes. Each person establishes 1rm PC, then each person takes turns cycling through rounds of part II. Your score is the total weight plus the total number of reps in part II.

Adavanced – teams of two

Intermediate/beginners – teams of 3
