  • 100 x slam ball
  • 50 x DU ea (one person at a time)
  • 100 x Partner Push pass (6’ apart)
  • 200m Run with MB (switch at 100m)
  • 100 x mb partner sit-ups
  • 50 x DU ea
  • 100 x WB
  • 200m Run with MB
  • 100 x MB burpees
