Option I  –  9/11 Memorial Throw-down

Start with a 2001 meter row as a buy in and cash out — (row at the start and end of your wod)

  • 11  x  burpee chest to bar pull ups
  • 11  x  pc                     175/120  (AA FLight #175 (south tower))
  • 11  x  hand stand push ups
  • 11  x  kb swings (a)    34/24kg  (2 pood/1.5 pood)
  • 11  x  toes to bar
  • 11  x  dl                      170/120  (Flight 77 and flight 93)
  • 11  x  pj                      110/75   (number of floors in each tower)
  • 2001 meter row

This can be performed as teams of two.
