I.  In 10 minutes establish a 1rm shoulder press

Rest 5-minutes, then

II.  For Total Reps with a 12 minute cap

  • Run 800m
  • 50 x push-ups
  • 75 x sit-ups
  • 100 x squats
  • AMRAP of burpees with remaining time.
