For time – On the call of Go:
Load 2 bars – 1 x 225 / 1 x 185
- 10 x dl ea person
- 15 x lat hops
- 400m mb run
- 5 x dl ea person
- 10 x t2b
- 200m mb run
- 3 x dl ea person
- 5 x cousins
- 400m run
- 150 x wb TEAM
*Relay – person one starts on DL
They will continue working until they get to the WB and begin the WB alone, until the rest of the team catches up to complete WB shots.
You only have 2 bars, so strip or add weights to help your team out.
You are able to work up to the person in front of you, and you can pass them up.
Up to 2 x persons working on the same exercise at one time – WATCH OUT FOR THE DL – only one person on the bar!
