The Lift Up Moore WOD will consist of two challenging elements, with each element serving as a metaphor for the hard work, determination, and committed effort it will take to rebuild an entire local community, almost from the ground up.  
 
Element 1
Take 15 minutes to build up to:
1 RM Clean (Squat Clean or Power Clean are acceptable)
Element 2
5 Rounds for Time:
20 Burpee Lateral Bar Hops
13 Squat Cleans (135/95)
