200m Run (Both)
50 Hang Power Cleans 115/75
* One person does cleans, other holds bar in rack position. Switch as needed.
400m Run (Both)
50 Deadlifts 135/95
* One person does cleans, other holds bar at top of deadlift. Switch as needed.
800m Run (Both)
50 Back Squats 135/75
* One person does back squats, other holds the bar on back. Switch as needed.
If the bar touches the ground at any time other than dead lifts both team members do five Burpees before continuing.
