  5. burpee pull ups 

AMRAP –

Stations 2 through 5 rotate every 15 reps

Every member should be numbered in order of start station

Rotation of team –

  • 1 to 2
  • 2 to 3
  • 3 to 4
  • 4 to 5
  • 5 to 1
  • The run should be executed in order 1-5 so there is no guessing who hasn’t run
  • The run is counted as 15 reps

Weights  – Beginner or Int./Adv.

  • Run     10lb     or  15lb     or  9kg (20lb)
  • PP       35/45  or  55/75  or  75/95
  • wb      10/14  or  14/16  or  16/20
  • su       15/25  or  25/35  or  35/45

Teams should be of equal experience levels.  No exceptions due to the weights scheduled
