Fight Gone Not So Bad 1300302

Partner WOD based on Fight Gone Bad

Partners will leap frog each other working 1 minute, resting 1 minute. Total workout time will be 30 minutes. Each team member will hit each station a total of 3 times.

Each round will look like this:

P1: WB (Wall Ball)
P2: SDHP (Sumo Deadlift High Pull)
P1: BJ (Box Jumps)
P2: PP (Push Press)
P1: Burpees (Oh Sh*t!)

P2: WB
P1: SDHP
P2: BJ
P1: PP
P2: Burpees (Crap!)
