Work:  3 rounds

21-5-9  Fran

  • Thrusters
  • pull ups

*Ladder –

  1. Pre-loaded barbells will be placed on the floor
  2. You will have 20seconds to begin your lift
  3. Succesful Lift – Move onto the next barbell(s)
  4. You must finish the Snatch / Clean with either a power or full squat finish
  5. On the Clean – You can power or split Jerk
  6. If you Do Not Lift the weight / or Fail to complete it correctly it is considered a Failed Attempt
  7. You Are Not Allowed to Three -PEAT A FAILED LIFT (No more than two tries)
