Starting Weight:

  • B –  35/45
  • I – 45/55
  • A – 55/75
  • C – 75/95

*Notes:

  • Split jerk after power cleans. If your jerk fails before your power clean, continue taking the power clean to a max without the jerk.
  • 1- Add weight every set until Failure occurs and you stop – Or you finish the exercises.
  • 2- Add a rep every set ——> set 3 = 3 reps per exercise….. set 7 = 7 reps…..
  • 3- The bar must start moving from Deadlift (DL) to Good Morning (GM) and NOT TOUCH FLOOR
